Now I'm worried about hypotension

Does anyone here get fuzzy vision when they stand up and ringing ears because I get that, I don't know what it is and I'm very worried about it. Could it be anxiety?

(Edit) It is most likely dehydration all I had to drink today was tea and some ginger ale and I believe fizzy drinks dehydrate you. Next time I go to a doctor I will inquire!

Hypotension can be normal. I used to get it a lot as a teenager after I grew quite a bit. Dehydration can indeed cause it, or a lack of salt, and many other causes. You should maybe try one of those sports drinks for a few days with the minerals and vitamins, see if that helps.
