    Panic all the time

I've always been an anxious person, I had a rough childhood to say the least. I eventually ended up on benzodiazepines, they worked so well I ended up taking them daily and of course they stopped working, so I ended up in a far worse place than where I started now I am on an antidepressant called Remeron to help the benzo withdrawal and of course, it stopped working.

The panic attacks I've had recently have been drastically magnified and I am left at a helpless place, where one side pushes me to more drugs and the other pushes me to a long withdrawal with in horrible conditions with no end in sight. The energy surges through my chest and whole body are more than anybody can handle. I have read up on the board before, but I guess now is the time to become active and hope it helps, and eventually I can add value to the group.
