Bowel cancer worry

For the last 10 days I’ve pretty much had the runs after everything I eat. It started the day before I went on holiday and I assumed it was made worse by holiday food and drink but 3 days since coming home it’s still happening only change it’s less like water now. I eat and 1/2 hours later the cramps start and I need to go :-( surely it’s not a stomach bug lasting this long! I’m petrified it cancer of some sort.

I get this with IBS

I also get this intermittently with IBS, my mum has had it solidly for the last year.

Certain types of stomach bugs can actually last quite a while, but it also could be IBS or something holiday related

There's absolutely nothing to suggest that it's cancer but see a doctor so he can diagnose you because that's something that we on here aren't able to do.

I just don’t get it. There’s no vomiting at all. It’s just after every single meal I have pain and then diarrhoea. Seeing dr this wk but I’m so worried.
