For the last 10 days I’ve pretty much had the runs after everything I eat. It started the day before I went on holiday and I assumed it was made worse by holiday food and drink but 3 days since coming home it’s still happening only change it’s less like water now. I eat and 1/2 hours later the cramps start and I need to go :-( surely it’s not a stomach bug lasting this long! I’m petrified it cancer of some sort.
