hi all,i havent been too active in chat or in the forum.I've been so bad with the agoraphobia.I persuaded a CPN to come and visit me today.she has arranged for me to have the medication I'm on cymbalta(duloxetine)reviewed tues.

Panic attacks started in 1992. 1998 i became agoraphobic which lead into being room bound. Couldn't even get upstairs. 2002 i started getting better, able to drive and work. 2005 i became house bound again. 2009 i have been making SLOW progress, still not able to go anywhere alone, but my journeys are getting longer. No where near 'normal' but at least i can go out.

agoraphobia is very hard to deal with !
ive got two women coming to see me at my house twice a week (Community occupational therapy)
one of the women walk with me to my mums and back to try and get me used to it to maybe one day walk there on my own just doing that makes me feel really bad and find it hard to cope they make it sound so easy lol but hopefully i will get there one and hopefully you will hun x
