Hi...I need help from ladies one this one.
I had some intermittent spotting on the 19th July. It happened after I had done clitoral stimulation and climaxed. Reddish pinkish and looked fresh. After panicking I put my finger up and found more fresh blood on my finger. The bleeding wasnt heavy at all and only happened on wiping with red mixed with discharge and never on ym underwear and stopped the next morning but I went to my doctors and they fit me in. GP gave me a speculum exam and said it looked normal and then gave me a bimanual exam . She did not do my rectum but there was no pain or blood one examination at all. I explained my symptoms but forgot to tell her it was after masturbating (I was so stressed). She saw how high my anxiety was and explained it is common to bleed on the pill and said stress can cause it. I have had healthy anxiety on and off for 15+ years made worse by my mum passing from a rare cancer 11 years ago.
The GP i saw is a 20 year expert on family planning and mental health. I didnt know her before though.
A week after I went for a poo (I do have common hardish stools at bristol chart 2ish) and had one flash of a small amount of red blood on one wipe which stopped straight away (came from my vagina) and I have just had it again 4 days later similar amount which stopped as soon as it appeared. I did notice yellowy discharge with the recent one but that could be blood or poo mixed in. I have been holding in my poo due to the anxiety of the weeks events which hasn't helped. This blood is certainly less than the other week.
Very scared to the point of breakdown. Going to ring GP tomorrow but think its the big Cervical cancer as smears arent 100%.
Since the first bleed I have been very anxious and stressed to the point of staying in bed all day and hardly eating. I have lost 1/2 stone in weight and the reaccurances have sent me over the edge.
I am 33, 3 clear smears so far (Last one was June 2017). Non smoker. Not sure if I have ever had coital bleeding as my anxiety stops me having sex.
