    Period-like cramps, no period

Im somehow very regular with my periods despite dropping a stone from around 57kg this year. I have had a terrible flare up since may but thankfully leaning towards my usual IBS-C which believe me, after intermittent D* is a pleasure. However, a new symptom presented itself yesterday and it felt like very mild but deep period cramps (both sides). Im on day 13 of my cycle and calming myself down telling myself that its just mid cycle cramps but I never usually get them....if I have d* I sometimes get very mild but nasty cramps but I currently dindt go yesterday so assuming it could be connected?? Any other females face this? Ive woken and its just on one side which is what I heard is typical for ovulation but yesterday it lasted a couple of hours.

Defo sounds like ovulation pain to me. I've had ovulation pain for the past couple of years (monthly not constantly!!!) and it's always much worse than my period pains have ever been!
