    Blood...lots of blood!!

Last week I went to the toilet and the blood was awful, sure there were some clots in there too! Covered the tissue, and the bowl was bright red! Hasn't happened again until last night. Lots of blood on tissue, not so much in the bowl but streaks on my poo (sorry TMI)
And yet again this morning. Went twice this morning. 1st time, blood. 2nd time, nothing!
I am freaking out! I have had blood before from a tear (used to get really constipated) but dont ever remember this much blood.
Read something this morning about internal bleeding and it sent me spiralling.
    I'm 32 and so scared

I get a lot of blood from piles.

If you are worried get a GP to check it out but I really don't think it is anything serious.

I did think piles...internal maybe? Or a fissure but I dont have any itching and no pain.
I'm new to the area I live so need to get registered with a GP!

I think it might be a fissure. I sat on the toilet to "go" a couple of times and even dabbing toilet paper "there" came back with a few specks of blood.
I've had fissures before but none I remember bleeding as much as this one has.

    It's likely hemorrhoids

I've had blood on the paper and stool frequently over the past year (I usually see it once every month, sometimes longer, usually after a hard stool or a lot of straining) which has sent me to the doctors like a million times, and once to a specialist who gave me a rigid sigmoidoscopy examination, and he said he saw nothing besides a small hemorrhoid- of course I'm still convinced there's something higher up, but I do know how scary it is to see blood, you're not alone there.

Agree it's probably a fissure or piles. Both can cause a lot of bleeding. It would be sensible to get it checked by your GP but those sound the most likely things.

Even if the GP can't feel anything, it still doesn't rule out hemorrhoids because when I got checked last year I was told they couldn't feel any but then this year they saw one via a rigid sigmoidoscopy- they can exist a little higher up too, just beyond the reach of a finger.
