Dizziness/Drunk feeling in my head.....hard to describe

I’ve had this symptom for a while now and it usually gets worse when I go into public places such as coffee shops, supermarkets etc...its really hard to describe, it sort of feels like my head starts to go woozy/drunk not a spinning sensation. I had it really bad today whilst having a coffee, head went really woozy and then all I could concentrate on was my head and it just got worse and worse!

I’ve had my heart tested, ears looked at, brain scan and bloods. I’m hoping someone here has had or has the same symptom so I can get some tips on how to deal with it.

It’s ruining my life and all I want to do is stay in the house where it happens less.

    Thanks

Yup, I can totally relate.... that's the primary symptom of my anxiety, and like you said, all I want to do is get home where it happens less. It's anxiety.
