Hi guys!!
I have been having bad panic attacks and anxiety for over nine months now and have not given in yet and taken Anti D's to help my panic/anxiety. I was house bound for a couple of months but now I'm getting out and am back to work on reduced hours but the problem is I cannot do anything without someone. I have to get picked up and dropped off from work and if I go into town my partner has to come with me. I was thinking maybe as I'm so scared to take meds that taking it in liquid form I could take such a little dose to start with it wont give me so bad side effects. I just so wanna do things on my own again and think I could maybe cope with a little help.
Any advice help would be so gratefully received.
