I'm sure it's probably hemorrhoids or a fissure, but I know where you're coming from. Anxiety always makes us believe it is cancer

Hemorrhoids can definitely bleed a lot
For the last few weeks I have had blood in my stool. In the water dripping in,and on the stool itself.I started to think it was something horrible and since then,my Poppins either thin(normal color) or in the last few days just diarrhea. The diarrhea is normal color until the blood drops in and makes it pinkish red.Doctor said ibs and internal pile....but it's been three weeks...and now before I have even gone there is a mucous water mixed with pinky red blood that comes out first.before the poop.what is this??has anyone had that with ibs? Or piles....?I feel like I cant handle anything right now.i just want to curl up alone and cry.
*poop* not Poppins.lol
Yup I get it with piles and IBS

Fissures and piles can definitely bleed a lot, cause pain and take a while to heal up. Hopefully the doctor gave you some cream or suppositories?
