Accidentally got some bathroom clearner in my eye.

    Hello everyone,

So about an hour ago or so, I was cleaning my shower and I a little bathroom cleaner in my eye. It mostly got on parts of my face but some it got into my left. I immediately followed the first aid instructions and rinsed my eyes out for like 10 minutes with water. There was some irritation but I feel better now. I rinsed my eyes a few minutes again and I feel better. There is a little irriation and my eyes are slightly watery.

I am extremely worried about this even though my eyes look fine (no redness or scratchiness). I have never done that before in my life.

I will be doubly carefuly next time but does anyone have advice about thi? Seems like my anxiety is being triggered by everything. I used to not get so anxious about as my stuff as I do now.

Edit: So I flushed my eyes out again and they feel a lot better. No redness or irriation. Eyes a little watery. Still very worried.

Ok. I feel much better now. Eyes aren’t itching burning or red. Still might flush it out with some water.
Don’t know why anxiety has gotten worse.

So I feel a lot better now. Flushed my eyes out with water again just to be sure. No pain or redness or itching. Plus the cleaner was more of a foam.
I seem to be hyperfocusing on this. Don’t know why this triggered such bad anxiety.
