    Organ?

    I have a left side back/neck/shoulder ache right down to bottom of my back. It hurts to turn my head to the left. I got my hubby to feel my back and when he rubbed my shoulder it was really sore. The next day it was even worse. If it was an organ would it present like this?

    No I don't think so. Sounds muscular....or a pinched nerve?
