15mg Lexapro - but how long until positive or any effects?

Thank you. I did try to increase the venlaflaxine in the past but it didn’t help, it just made me more anxious.

I have already got a new psychiatrist and trying to get out of this muddle. I think i am starting to feel calmer on the increase and then I would like to decrease the pregabalin further. I’ve already dropped 50mg.

Do you know when I’ll feel the full therapeutic effects of the escitalopram?

Anxiety levels may increase for a few weeks after dose increases.

What has the psychiatrist said about the meds combo you're on? Is there a plan to reduce them?

It is typically around 4-6 weeks, but can be sooner, or later. The effects of the other meds you're on may also impact this.
