cold AND flu?

hi so these past few days i’ve been extremely nauseous with stomach cramps and diarrhea, i threw up once today but what’s weird is that i’ve also been sneezing and have a very stuffy nose now...i thought i just had a stomach bug but now it seems like i have a cold too? i’m really anxious over this because i often worry i have a low immune system — what would it mean if i caught both these viruses at once??

I've often had both with a bad cold or with flu. Try not to worry about it? Just take care of yourself and wait it out.

Stuffy nose and sneezing are side effects of your immune system working, not the infection itself. They could be present with any kind of infection.
