It could be anything really - maybe see a doctor.

    Spiralling

Was doing great until about 2 months ago, feeling tired (exhausted), sweating constant, stomach pains and discomfort. Back pain etc. I can't stop thinking its something awful. I want to go to the drs but know the tests will set me off again even worse.

    Mucus now.

I am really scared. I haven't been feeling right with dreadful fatigue, loose bowels, constant sweating. All down my left hurts and sometimes my right flank area. Went to bathroom this morning and there was mucus too.

Sorry to hear you're not feeling great.

What triggered these symptoms? Sounds a bit like anxiety to me!

    Left side

For the past 6 weeks I haven't felt well. I started feeling really tired and sweating. I also then started getting upper left discomfort under my ribs which goes into my back. Sometimes under my right. I have spasms in the same area on my left. Some days diarrhoea. No weight loss but Google is telling me pancreatic c or stomach c.
