Bloating

Why do I get so bloated at the end of the day I look 6 months pregnant,at present I am taking Simeticone but the pain is awful even though I've had to go to bed,this only happens on my right side from the top of my right ribs,my ànxiety I think seems to make it worse.

Yes I suppose it goes with the territory ( MOST NIGHTS).

I also look 6 months pregnant - or more - quite often by the evening. And I get pains that feel like they will end in a baby :-o

Has anyone tried Probiotics I was wondering if they were worth trying?

My wife suffers from occasional stomach issues including boating. Seems to be triggered by certain foods. She's been on pro-biotics for a few years and it's helped with that as well as reflux.

I'm also a big bloater tonight. Started late this afternoon, went to play football and felt like I was going to explode!
