Small cut wont heal - could it be sinister

For the past 6 weeks or so I have had what looked like a little cut on my leg. It looks like a line/rectangle and is pinky red in colour. It has not bled at any point. However, it has not healed at all, and has not changed at all in the past 6 weeks which is making me think - is it actually a cut or could it be something more sinister?

Does anybody have any experience of anything like this?
