    Hi

This is just a courtesy reply to let you know that your post was moved from its original place to a sub-forum that is more relevant to your issue.

This is nothing personal - it just enables us to keep posts about the same problems in the relevant forums so other members with any experience with the issues can find them more easily.

I never got my letter, they said they sent it, you only get 2 weeks to call from date on letter. So as I was moving cities anyway I waited until I joined new doctorz which I have done.

I can be 100% logical and put thoughts at bay but then they'll creep back. 'What if I'm attracted to my mum/child' which is fxcking horrendous and makes me feel SO panicked and sick. What methods work best?

I can't find the link anymore, I did ask for it above. I think it's because I think like most parents how gorgeous my child is and then I spiral from there. I am having more logical days though and less avoidance but when the thought hits, like if I wanted to check freckles for example, I get that horrid anxious feeling in my chest.

Had a very logical normal day today, but when laying I got overwhelming urge to kiss my child because I loved them so much and I over analysed this and freaked out. . .
