Yeah, there are a lot of good reports on keto for improved mood...do you think it has helped you in this way?

I can't say in terms of mood because I was doing okay when I started. Did wonders for the waistline though and for blood sugar which had crept up a little.

Good to hear, work will focus your mind. I have had a couple of crap days as I'm on A/L so have too much time to think but the crap days now are no where near as bad as the crap days a few months ago.

Thanks you it did, but, as you can probably guess, it knocked me out a bit and have been offline and resting a lot. Has been good to get some routine back. Moods still up and down but coping okay through it all......not too sure about this darker, colder weather, though.

That sounds good Sunny, and you're bound to be a bit worn out by it. I agree about the weather. It makes it so much harder to motivate yourself and to feel upbeat. I have many candles on the go, which seems to help a little bit.

Hello all, popping by to say hello. Been catching up on your threads, been trying to live a bit more offline in November, plus going back to work has kinda knocked me out a bit. But it's also good to be back and occupied.
