I agree Maca. I do think certain types of people are probably more prone to anxiety disorders, as well as the pressures of modern life contributing, and family history. Unrelenting standards are very much a double-edged sword.

I agree...I think we are prone to perfectionism....well, sod that. I'm still doing ok, minor wobbles in the day, but much better. Fingers crossed, stabilisation is happeneing, blips will surely come, but just gonna let them come.
Going back to work next week but instead of doing usual three days, boss has agreed to let me ease in by just doing mornings.Really grateful for that.
Great that your boss has some understanding and half days to start will put you under less pressure. I know you might be anxious going back to work but once you settle im sure it will help focus your mind on other things as work does for me.
Sounds good Sunny. I'm really glad your boss is understanding enough to allow you to ease back in gently. Leave perfectionism at home when you go back! It's so hard to unlearn though, but I hope you manage it

Thank you guys, much appreciate. Slight dip in mood last couple of days, in the mornings anyway. I'm sure it'll right itself, certainly seem to be sleeping better, just wanting to hibernate. It's the daaaaaaaark. Only 7.5 weeks into recovery, gotta keep reminding myself it takes time to level out.
Ugh, today was a horrible day, caught me unawares. As it's getting darker, I've noticed a little bit of morning anxiety creeping back in over the last couple of days. The rest of the day is generally fine. Today though-ugh. Just had anxiety all day, it was shit.
Tiny bit of THC.
I tried this and had some good results.
