Minor tranquillisers help. But generally speaking I'm not too bad flying these days.

Remind me what dose you're taking now? My psychiatrist said that the impact on noradrenaline starts at 225mg venlafaxine. Panic_down_under here is awesome with knowledge on this too, so hopefully he can advise. Are you taking anything else besides the ven?

It does, but only weakly even at the maximum 375mg dose. Venlafaxine is about 30 times better at inhibiting serotonin reuptake than noradrenaline/norepinephrine.
