I only know how to send the document by e-mail - I presume you mean the Mindfulness. I've tried copy&paste on NMP but it won't work.

If you want to give me your e-mail address by private message I'll send the info and promise never to use the e-mail address again. Or you can set up an e-mail address that doesn't have your real name?

Lea - It's fine to send it but Milly also needs an explanation as part of the information isn't very clear.

It's fine for you to pass it on. You just need to make sure you give a basic explanation when you give it to people as it's not always clear ,when you first read it, what you should be doing.

As long as you are happy to explain to them that's fine. I just didn't know if you have tried the Mindfulness yet so I didn't know if you could explain if there were ny questions.

I'm okay. Been slightly struggling because my Dad is being quite difficult at the moment but I'll speak to my counciller about it on Monday. That should help.

Don't know how to phrase this well but, if anyone needs to talk about self harming please pm me or mail me or just post , i self harmed for years, from cutting to other stuff. I have not harmed for 5 or so years but the urge is still there when things get bad.

I'm doing good, hot weather really is terrible, got some linen shirts to keep cooler. Plus scars get itchy when hot.
