    Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI)

    First off..

    I'm sorry if this was not put into the correct sub-forum, but I was unable to locate a sleep or insomnia section.

    I'm suppose to start this in 2 weeks with my therapist and I'm wondering if its worked for anybody? I take medication also for my insomnia but I'm getting worse instead of better and something needs to be done. I'm willing to try anything, accept for the sleep restriction part.

    again, just wondering if other members here found it helped and how long before you noticed an improvement.
