vitamin B advise, please

Hi everyone , I am looking for a good complex vitamin B supplement.

I have read the dosage recommended on this site 50mg - 100 mg and found the ones I have are very low at 4 mg .

Also I read on here about all the different types of vitamins B's,

really need some help in this please.
