Just a quick note to let folks know, if you haven't watched it, there is a new show on Netflix called The Mind Explained. They have an episode on anxiety, and it is pretty awesome.

I will say, it is only 20 minutes long, and it explains there bare bones of what anxiety is, where it comes from, how and why it is treated, and while it didn't tell me anything I didn't know about anxiety, it did an absolutely fantastic job of explaining what my mind is like to my wife, and she did gain some insight. I would recommend it if you are new to anxiety, or for a loved one to gain a better, basic understanding of how and why we are this way.

They also have episodes on other aspects of the human mind, including mindfulness, which I am eager to watch.

Feel free to move this to a more appropriate forum if need be, I really just dropped it here because it is where most of the people I have come to know dwell and where I am more familiar with who might be interested.
