    Pharmacists are useful people to talk to for information. I'm glad your dentist can help you sometimes. It can't be easy being so isolated and needing to see a medic.

    I did a search and it seems like if you get a dentist prescription in an EU country you can redeem it in another one. It also said something like dentist's have to stick to a code of ethics but in theory they can prescribe anything.     In the UK a dentist would not be able to write you a prescription for an AD, even if they knew you were on them. It isn't a code of conduct it's a legal restriction on what they can prescribe. Not sure how it works your side of the pond, but here neither Dr's and Dentists dispense drugs it's all done by a pharmacist.
