Proof you need to stay positive

So over the last THREE months I've had some symptoms which I thought were a life threatening illness. Like I was convinced. I them stumbled upon this forum and read up on other people and read advice from loads of members. As if by magic I completely stopped noticing my symptoms and feel mentally 1000% better.

Proof that a positive mind and a bit of reassurance from here really can help people with health anxiety.

From here on whenever I feel the next "deadly" disease approach, I'll just hop on here, change the mindset and know I'll be fine. I've had this 10 years and I'm still here.

Only if you're in the right positive frame of mind to actually take in the advice or reassurance. Most, when they're in a a spiral cannot, and reassurance seeking is like crack to an addict for many sufferers as the boards clearly show.

    Positive thoughts

Think I may have spoken to soon about the positivity. I've woken today with my eye twitching and now I'm starting to panic again....

It's eye twitching, it's nothing. I sometimes have it for months on end.

Deep breaths, and remember all the useful things you've learned.
