Driving myself insane over trivial things..............extended panic/anxiety episode

Hello all. I'm in the middle of an anxiety/panic episode that has been going on for hours. I get fixated about small trivial things (like not being able to think who someone looks like) and then get stuck in a loop thinking about it and starting to feel the panic rise and then start fixating on the fact that I'm fixating on something so trivial. I don't know what to do with myself. Does anyone else experience this?

Not for the same thing you do but yes I get fixated on something and then my ocd kicks in as well as my panic attacks.
