Advice from someone who has recovered from anxiety and panic attacks

    Hey everyone,

I struggled with anxiety and panic attacks about 7 years ago. I no longer have any physical symptoms that make me feel like I have some debilitating illness, I don't have any more "what-if" thoughts, and I haven't had a panic attack since.

I've been helping others all over the world overcome as well.

Feel free to ask me any questions about recovery, happy to help!

    Btw,
If you want to know how I recovered, I have a private fb group that has a bunch of videos, podcasts, and articles I've written to help you on your journey.
