Hello! My name is Autumn and I suffer from frequent anxiety, occasionally resulting in panic attacks. I find that I have no dealt very well with my anxiety and now, at 40, am starting to put more coping mechanisms into practice.
Other than that, I am an academic, an author, and an abortion doula. I probably stretch myself a bit too thin which no doubt contributes to my anxiety.
I am incredibly lucky in that I immigrated to Canada from the states a few years ago making my health care free (although I still must pay for therapy). I have a wonderful therapist, a fantastic and supportive husband, and my best friend is super helpful and supportive. I am so glad to have this support in place.
