Then I saw your Brit id and it all makes sense. Where I come from, I'll and sick ggot the same meaning. So when yous add mentally to it the meaning don't change. I'm guessing that I'll and sick don't got the same meaning in UK?

If your asking me to try and use Brit English when I write, I can't do it because I can't even write my own language correct.

I'm not stressed Charlie, I am pointing out that even one of the admins didn't like the word 'Mental forum', and explaining why. It has nothing to do with the words ILL or SICK, which is what I tried to explain in my previous response, very politely. Maybe if you read it again carefully you might see that actual point I was trying to make, which had nothing to do with 'ill' or 'sick'. Words matter.

Just to remind you, I am not 'mentally sick' nor 'overly sensitive', so please could you stop using those veiled personal slights in your replies me. (which you have also done on another thread) I am very well thank you, and I neither need relaxation or yoga/meditation. I come here to try and help out, thats all. (not that there is anything wrong with being mentally unwell of course, I have no intention of adding negativity to those who are and have been myself in the past) However, may I suggest that you seem very angry and stressed and ask why that is ?
