Yesterday morning I was fine. By dinner time, I was nauseous, dehydrated, weak, had a headache, chills everywhere and felt like death. Of course I had diarrhea too. I was up for 3 hours in the middle of the night on the toilet. Eveytime I laid down, i had to go back to the bathroom. Everytime I go, its super watery, like completely liquid. I went at least 5 times so far in the last 5 hrs. My system is like completely cleaning itself out. My stomach hurts so bad. Is this normal?

It's normal for a stomach bug or food poisoning, yes.

If you have bad runs make sure you keep hydrated, possibly get some electrolyte fluid sachets from the chemist.

There’s a nasty stomach bug going around my area - I had a mild form early last week then my daughter got the full blown one. Took a couple days to run it’s course but she’s all better now! Lots of liquids!
