So about a month ago, I found a small lump on the top side of my testicle. The lump is about 2mm, soft and appears to move around when pushed. The doctor said he wasn't alarmed but sent me for an ultrasound which I had yesterday. During this, the doctor performing the scan couldn’t see what I was referring to, even though I pointed out the area a couple of times. However, she said there was a 2mm cyst on my epididymus which I’m not sure is what I'm feeling. The thing is, I know it’s not on the epididymus as I can feel it on the curve of the top of the testicle its self. I’m now worried it was missed and I won’t be able to have another scan.

She did say that you would be able to see anything sinister quite clearly however the fact she did not specifically say the lump I have is a cyst has left me in a bad way.

Over the last month, it does not appear to have grown in size. If it stays at its current size, should I try to not worry?
