    Oh wow. Do you mind me asking how long did it take from diagnosis to you reversing it? Did you go on a calorie controlled diet or anything? I'm currently T2.

    Hi, it took me 3 months. My HbA1c went from 56 to 38. I just went low carb and exercised every day for 10-20 mins and walked between 10-20,000 steps. I did cut 99% of rubbish out of my diet I eat a lot of omelettes, salads, meat and veg. The only bread I eat is livlife because it’s low carb this has helped me lose 3 stone

    Bakedbeansrule is correct. I also reversed mine in 3 months. Low carb is the key.
