Mrs M, it just lifted of its own accord.
I just became interested in doing things and wanted to go out. I'm not feeling so tired either.
How long it will last, who knows.
I don't think you can do anything to rush the mood along unfortunately, but it does lift and you have to reassure yourself of that. x

Yes sometimes. Sometimes faking it helps to lift my mood, but sometimes not. Mum guilt eh?
And yes, relentlessness is a good word

Oh my Mrs M, you opened a new thread so not sure which one to respond to, so responding twice!
I won't say what I've already said on the other one, but I didn't want to ignore the thread I have been chatting to you on.
I can hear you are frustrated beyond belief and you've said you are doing all those things that help recovery including taking meds, but you are forgetting time!
