    Hi Windywel,

I am so sorry to hear you are suffering still. Definitely give Claire Weekes a go. It’s a bit old fashioned but really helps. The keys is to make anxiety your friend. The more you run away from it - the worse it gets. It’s the same with depression. ‘Self help for yourself nerves,’ is a really good book by Claire weeks too xxxx

Also look at passengers on the bus- you tube- it gives you a cartoon about how anxiety affects us and how we should just let it be there xxxx

I’m doing ok - I still have a bit of depression in the background - but not too bad. How are you? Xxx

Not bad Mrs M. Still have waves of depression, but not like before. I feel more motivated and less tired.
Anxiety issues still there, but again not so bad.
I've been out every day this week, so that's a good sign. x

That is a really good sign. It’s definitively persistent this time isn’t it? Has it been 12 weeks now? But we are improving all the time and adjusting to anxiety and depression. I could go up a dose on my tablets but I think why, as it’ll just mask all the things I am trying to get used to. I think I am probably expecting too much of life and expecting everything to be happy and easy before I declare that all is well again. But who has a life like that?? Xxxx

    I totally agree Mrs M,

You were in such a bad place not that long ago and look how better you are already.
I felt your pain Mrs M and I am now feeling your progress. x

Same here-I am so pleased to see your progress and if anyone deserves it - you do. You have been so instrumental in helping me get better too - your kindness, support and understanding x
