I have a neuroma that causes similar symptoms. It’s very inconvenient For me especially because I dance (ballet) but totally harmless.

Our stories are so similar. I felt like I was testing constantly at the beginning but now only test when I’ve tried new food or had something heavier in carbs as a one off.

How are your feet? I’m feeling mine are improving but the anxiety is taking over. I’ve worn a support sock every day for the last couple of weeks so might try without that tomorrow as it feels tight and I’m wondering if that’s adding to the tingling feeling

Had a rough night last night. Did some exercising, and it seemed to really irritate the feet. Didn't sleep well. A little better today.

I hope your day improves. There’s a lot of strain on our feet when we exercise or even just day to day walking so it’s bound to irritate any injuries or pulls. I’m trying to spin my thoughts into positives to try and help hope you can too
