Pancreatic Cancer fear back with a vengeance!! Help Please

So after doing really good these past few months I have had a relapse of extreme fear. I woke up today feeling fine and got in my car to work Uber. After about a hour I started getting some really sharp annoying pain under my left shoulder blade that keeps coming and going every couple minutes. Now I know logically it could be just a trapt nerve or pulled muscle from all the long hours of driving. But I am freaking out it's a Pancreatic tumor pressing on a nerve causing referred pain. It's been going on for 5 hours now and I'm contemplating running to the ER but dont want the bill or the crazy looks. Help talk me down I'm really scared and my anxiety is through the roof. By the way I'm a Male 35 years of age

I'm a hgv driver and have pains under my shoulder blades all time. Never really thought about them to be honest... Also I get really sharp pains there when I breath in sometimes after a long day.. Had them for 7 years and still here

I dont know why I always come back to this same fear. It's so exhausting and really ruins my day
