Could any explain why this happens? If I knew why maybe I could find the solution. 3 weeks ago had a panic attack in the middle of the night, I was so shook it kept me awake the following 2 nights and a few nights since from worry. I've slept soundly all week now but the fear is still there. My anxiety during day time is about 1-2, when it starts to get dark the anxiety and worry start, I just don't feel great in the dark. This seems to last right through until sunrise the following day. Any ideas?
