    Aw sorry to hear that.

Could it be as Carnation says, that the anxiety makes us more sensitive to our bodies- including our hearing?

Carnation or Quinn1- would you be able to help me grow veggies in my garden? I tried and failed miserably. I have a green house with truggs inside - plus lots of nutritious, organic soil. X

    Good evening to you Quinn
I hope you are recovering well and the garden is a good place to do that. x

Mrs M, of course I would love to help you with your veggie growing. It's a bit early, but you start by making a list of what you want to grow and decide what types.
You can make preparations with getting the right tools, containers etc. Mark out areas in the greenhouse of where you want stuff. Watch Monty Don for tips and inspiration.
I even grew runner beans in my conservatory last year with only sun, earth and water.
Tomatoes are normally popular, but you might like to look at some things that will be a challenge.
    Herbs would be beneficial too.
And maybe some flowers for decorating your paved area with pots. Cosmos are very easy to grow and keep going up until Christmas if mild. Sunflowers are delight to have around and will smile at you when feeling down.
This will be something you can focus on and get much enjoyment from. x
