Was this a panic attack?

I woke up this morning and about a half hour after i started to feel really weird.. i was feeling a unreality feeling and like i wasn't really there. It was so scary and i was scared i was about to lose my mind. My heart was also pounding and my whole body felt warm

I really felt like i was going crazy or psychosis or something. I told my mom i was feeling weird and she gave me some water and i calmed down after a while. it lasted pretty long tho

Now i feel ok but that was SO weird. I did up my Sertraline dose from 50mg to 75mg recently. Was this just a panic attack or more serious? Anyone had this before?

Sounds like a panic attack to me- I tend to only get them on meds too!

I feel a bit better now, but still a bit shaky.. I just hope it's only panic and nothing more serious

Get checked out by a doctor - but sounds just like panic x
