Currently all of my anxiety is physical symptoms and i watched an information video on anxiety and the guy was alluding the only way to resolve physical symptoms were to take medication, i googled about massage and anxiety and there are a few really good youtube videos for self massage techniques to help. I followed one and my brain sprang back into gear, and ive not had some much of a fast heart rate this evening and im actually hoping to get a good night sleep

Has anyone else tried these?
