Hi everyone. I've posted loads in the last few weeks because my anxiety has been through the roof. I feel like I'm working my way around my body and it's something different every day.
Over the last couple of weeks I've been getting funny stretchy, stich-like pains down the front sides of my stomach. I've been feeling a bit nauseous too, sometimes after eating. I've not been sick and my bowels are okay and normal for me. With my anxiety though I'm coming up with all manner of possibilities for these pains, one being cancer. I've got it into my head that my stomach pains are due to some secondary cancer that's spread from elsewhere, like my cervix.
By way of background, I had my second child 10 months ago via c section. I've just returned from an all inclusive holiday for 10 days where I've eaten and drank way more than usual and not the healthiest food either. I was stressed and anxious before the holiday and during it. I'm due to return to work next week and am anxious about that. I'm also not sleeping well.
Any words of support would be great. Does this sound like it could be stress causing it?
