....but hold on, lets apply some logic here....
The breast doctor mentioned it AND examined you/did an ultrasound and found nothing of concern. So, even if there had been the possibility it was a recent change, or if it had been there forever, there is still NOTHING sinister underlying it. You've been to the breast clinic twice this year, you don't need any more checking!
