let it run it’s course. It’s lasting 7-10 days for some over here, others seem to kick it in 3-4 days. It truly can take awhile. For now I would just push as much fluids as you can (non caffeinated ones, water - decaf tea - broths, etc) and not worry so much about the foods. Liquid is far more important than food until the worst of this bug passes. I’m sorry you’re feeling so crummy, especially during the holidays!
