    Weak or 'incomplete' swallowing?

    Hi Everyone,

Has anyone felt like their swallowing was becoming weaker? I can force a hard swallow, which feels more normal, but a regular 'dry' swallow feels very weak. I'm choking on liquids more often, and it takes more work to get food from the back of my mouth into my throat. So I'm very concerned about degenerative neuro-muscular conditions.

I'm hoping someone can tell me they've had these symptoms and that they went away on their own. I could go to my doctor, but she's already tired of seeing me because I've seen her for a lot of my symptoms over the years (I have fibro and chronic fatigue), so I'm afraid she'll get frustrated with me for showing up again. :(

    Thanks so much!
    Bulan
