Since autumn my mood has been going up and down drastically.
For example, last week I felt literally undefeatable. Fearless, self-confident and more or less without a care in the world. Then I kind of crashed on the weekend and this week I've been anxious, down, been having physical symptoms and my self-hatred has returned again.
Does anybody know how to even out these ups and downs? I felt that it got a bit better once I started taking multi-vitamins and codliver oil capsules.
What else can help? Physical exercise usually feels good too.
Meditation? Other supplements?
Positive thoughts don't seem to have any effect.

(I'm going to book an appointment with my GP regarding my AD medication, and I will bring up how I feel)
