Nipple OCD

This may be gross or normal but I've had nipple crust inside my nipples for years, even before my child. But now I feel a BC health anxiety creeping on I'm finding myself checking for discharge, googling Paget's and wondering if I have lumps.

Is crust nipple normal in both?
