Strange dizziness/Panic Attack

I’ve managed to get out again today, haircut and grab a coffee (decaf obviously). I felt absolutely awful; detached, depersonalisation, twitching, constantly on edge with a sense of doom, can’t breathe. You know what though, I did it!!!!! Up yours anxiety!!!!!
