Are tilted/leaning nipples normal?

I guess I’m being hyper aware after the discharge situation...but I’ve noticed my right nipple leans over to the right...kinda like the leaning tower of Pisa😂 so it’s length is bigger on the inside than the outside if that makes sense?

It may have always been like that, it’s hard to say. I can not compare it to the other side cos that was pierced years ago and left a bit deformed.

Anyone else have this or know if it’s normal? I’m unsure whether it needs checked out as I know changes in nipple direction can be a bad sigh! But I don’t know if this is new or if my anxiety is just trying to make me think it is!

Knowing if it’s normal would certainly help!

You are being hyper vigilant and the breast discharge was self inflicted. You really need to look at getting some sort of therapy to stop your obsession.

If anyone of us paid too much attention to our breasts or any other part of our body we would find things to worry about.

Sorry to be so blunt but you appear to be caught up in a viscious destructive cycle.

My obsession has definitely been reignited recently. I am getting weekly CBT sessions but maybe I’m too far gone 😩

If you injure sensitive tissue, there's going to be blood.

Thanks Blue! I swear I didn’t injure it though. I was concerned about the tilting nipple and just squeezed gently to make sure it wasn’t inverted at one side. And then the discharge happened.
I’m not even sure if light orange discharge means blood, but obviously it’s possible. And even if there was blood, does it matter if it was non spontaneous?!

Your doctor has said that it is nothing to worry about. The colour was most probaly caused by your "examination"

Yes. I’ve tried medication and currently mid way through CBT therapy.

Is that how you interpreted my doctors reply? It’s always good to hear someone else’s interpretation, as I was a bit more doubtful.
